REDCap Staging Server Urgent Maintenance (7th to 11th May 2026)

The NHG-REDCap Staging Server will be shut down for the following period to facilitate urgent maintenance works.

HOW USERS WILL BE AFFECTED

• There will be NO USER ACCESS to the STAGING SERVER during the Shutdown period.

WHAT USERS NEED TO DO

• Users who are testing or building a project which could be deployed onto the Production server, are advised to backup their project build.
  

• Download the REDCap Production Server Shutdown - User Survival Guide (v4) for details on how to back up your Project design. (NHG Intranet/HVPN access required)
  

• As the Staging Server is intended only for learning and testing purposes, there are no urgent or important preparations that most Users would need to do before the Shutdown.

• All Users must log out from the Staging Server by 7pm on 7 May.
