REDCap Project Closure Form

The NHG-REDCap Project Closure Form is for closing REDCap Projects hosted on the NHG REDCap (Production) Server.

Projects can be CLOSED in the following situations:

(1)   PROJECT COMPLETED

• The Project is PERMANENTLY CLOSED to the enrollment of new participants and the addition of new data.

• All the Project’s Activities, including Data Analysis, are FULLY COMPLETED. No further activity will be carried out.

• The DSRB / IRB (or equivalent) has formally acknowledged the Project’s Completion.

(2)   PROJECT TERMINATED

• The Project has been TERMINATED / DISCONTINUED / WITHDRAWN before reaching its planned conclusion.

• All activities have been stopped. No further activities will be carried out.

• The DSRB / IRB (or equivalent) has formally acknowledged the Project’s Termination.
