Production Server Shutdown & Upgrading Exercise 2025
What this is about
The NHG-REDCap Production Server will be shut down in June 2025 to facilitate a System Upgrading Exercise.
This will ensure that the NHG-REDCap System is using the latest stable software version to address any existing bugs and to improve the system's functionality and performance.
How Users are affected
The Upgrading Exercise will require us to suspend all access to the REDCap Production Server. All REDCap Production Server Project activities will be suspended, including:

User Login, Data Entry

New Project Requests, Project Design and Form Amendments

New Production Server User Account Requests and Account Activation
When will this happen
The NHG-REDCap Production Server will be shut down from 6.30pm on Tuesday 3 June 2025 until 9am on Monday 9 June 2025.
What Users need to do
We strongly recommend that all Users, especially REDCap Project Owners (ie Overall NHG PIs / Site-PIs), carefully review the Guide below to understand how the Production Server shutdown could adversely affect their research activities, and the mitigation measures available to minimize any disruptions.
