NHG ADID Assistance
Getting Assistance with NHG-ADIDs
The NHG REDCap system uses the NHG Active Directory ID (ADID) for login authentication.

NHG-REDCap Users must ensure that their NHG-ADID is current and valid for use and has not been disabled, locked or its password expired.

Users cannot use the REDCap Password reset function found on the REDCap Login page to reset their NHG-ADID password.

The NHG REDCap Administrator is unable to assist Users with ADID issues as the management of NHG ADID accounts is under the oversight and control of the NHG ITD Helpdesk.

Users will need to contact their respective Institution ITD Helpdesk for assistance with their NHG-ADID.
