Updating the REDCap User Account Profile with the new NHG Health Email Address

The NHG Email Harmonisation Exercise is part of NHG Health’s re-branding initiative and will consolidate all NHG entities under a single Email Domain name.

HOW THIS IMPACTS YOUR REDCAP USER ACCOUNT(S)

The NHG-REDCap System uses your NHG Email Address for important project notifications. Hence it is important to ensure your Email Address is accurate and updated in the REDCap User Account Profile(s).

REDCap User Accounts with “outdated” Email addresses will be permanently suspended from 1 November 2025.

There will not be any changes to your existing NHG-ADID credentials for login to your REDCap User Account(s).
WHAT ALL NHG-REDCAP USERS NEED TO DO

After your NHG email address has been migrated/changed to the new NHG Email address, you must personally login to your REDCap User Account(s) (ie: Staging Server & Production Server where applicable) and update the registered email address.

DEADLINE

All active NHG-REDCap Users must complete updating their REDCap Account Profile with their new NHG Email address by 31 October 2025, 1730hrs.

REDCap User Accounts with “outdated” email addresses will be permanently suspended from 1 November 2025 and progressively deleted from the system due to security reasons.
