The NHG Email Harmonisation Exercise is part of NHG Health’s re-branding initiative and will consolidate all NHG entities under a single Email Domain name.

How this impacts you

The NHG-REDCap System uses your NHG Email Address for important Project Notifications, especially for Projects on the REDCap Production Server.

Hence it is important to ensure your Email Address is accurate and updated in the REDCap User Account Profile(s).
What you need to do

All NHG-REDCap Users must personally login to your REDCap User Account(s) (ie: Staging Server & Production Server where applicable) and update the registered email address in the REDCap User Account Profile.
