Release of updated REDCap Project Request Form – Version 6 (FOR IMMEDIATE USE)

What this is about

• This is to inform you that we have released Version 6 of the NHG-REDCap Project Request Form.

• With immediate effect, all new REDCap Project Requests will be required to use the Version 6 form.

• Submissions made with previous versions of the Request Form will be rejected.

 What has changed

• Version 6 adds a new Section on Data Classification Declaration for the REDCap Project. REDCap Project Owners are now required to assess and declare the Data Security Classification of their REDCap Project.

• The new Version also comes with a separate PDF Guide to assist Users in completing the Request Form.

• Both the Project Request Form (Docx) and Guide (PDF) are contained in a single ZIP file and can be downloaded at the REDCap Helpdesk Site below.
