NHG ADID Assistance

Getting Assistance with NHG-ADIDs

The NHG REDCap system uses the NHG Active Directory ID (ADID) for login authentication.

  • NHG-REDCap Users must ensure that their NHG-ADID is current and valid for use and has not been disabled, locked or its password expired.

  • Users cannot use the REDCap Password reset function found on the REDCap Login page to reset their NHG-ADID password.

  • The NHG REDCap Administrator is unable to assist Users with ADID issues as the management of NHG ADID accounts is under the oversight and control of the NHG ITD Helpdesk.

  • Users will need to contact their respective Institution ITD Helpdesk for assistance with their NHG-ADID.
