Accessing NHG REDCap

Find out if you are eligible to access NHG REDCap and how to get started. External and non-NHG staff are unable to access the system due to cybersecurity policy.

Staff of NHG Health

  • NHG-REDCap is an internal system that only Staff of NHG Health are eligible to use to support specific types of activities. 

  • Staff are not automatically provided with REDCap User Accounts but must apply for access.

  • Learn more about who can use NHG-REDCap here.

External & Non-NHG Persons

  • Due to NHG cybersecurity policy restrictions, we are unable to provide access to the NHG-REDCap system for External and Non-NHG persons.

  • If you are from another Singapore Public Healthcare Cluster/Institution (ie: NUHS or Singhealth), we recommend that you check with your Cluster's Clinical Research Unit/Office to see how you can get access to your Institution's REDCap system to support your research activity.
