Who can use NHG REDCap?

NHG Health Institution staff can apply for access to NHG REDCap. Find out if you meet the criteria and how to request an account.

Staff of NHG Health Institutions

Staff of NHG Health Institutions are eligible to use the NHG-REDCap system to support specific types of activities. 

NHG Health Institutions include:

  • Tan Tock Seng Hospital

  • Khoo Teck Puat Hospital

  • Woodlands Health

  • Institute of Mental Health

  • Yishun Community Hospital

  • National Healthcare Group Polyclinics

  • National Skin Centre

  • National Centre for Infectious Diseases

  • NHG Diagnostics

  • NHG Pharmacy

  • NHG Health Group Offices

Staff should note that REDCap User Accounts are not automatically issued. Staff will need to personally apply for (see here) their REDCap User Accounts.

Criteria for NHG-REDCap Access

To request access to the NHG REDCap system, Users must meet the following criteria:

  • Is a current NHG Health Staff, or holds a valid NHG Appointment (eg: Visiting Consultant, Research Fellow etc)

  • Has a valid NHG ADID Account (Active Directory ID)

  • Has a valid NHG Email address

External & Non-NHG Persons

Due to NHG Health cybersecurity policy restrictions, we are unable to provide access to the NHG-REDCap system for External and Non-NHG persons.

If you are from another Singapore Public Healthcare Cluster(PHI) or Institution (ie: NUHS or Singhealth), we recommend that you check with your Cluster's Clinical Research Unit/Office to see how you can get access to your respective Cluster/Institution's REDCap system to support your research activity.
