Who can use NHG-REDCap, and what are the requirements for a REDCap User Account?

Staff of NHG Health Institutions

Staff of all NHG Health Institutions are eligible to use the NHG-REDCap system to support specific types of activities. 

NHG Health Institutions include:

  • Tan Tock Seng Hospital

  • Khoo Teck Puat Hospital

  • Woodlands Health

  • Institute of Mental Health

  • Yishun Community Hospital

  • National Healthcare Group Polyclinics

  • National Skin Centre

  • National Centre for Infectious Diseases

  • NHG Diagnostics

  • NHG Pharmacy

  • NHG Health Group Offices

Staff should note that REDCap User Accounts are not automatically issued. Staff will need to submit a request for their REDCap User Accounts.

Requirements for NHG-REDCap Access

To request access to the NHG REDCap system, NHG Health Staff must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Is a current NHG Health Staff, or holds a valid NHG Appointment (eg: Visiting Consultant, Research Fellow)

  • Has a valid NHG ADID Account (Active Directory ID)

  • Has a valid, personal NHG Email address

Access for External Personnel

Due to NHG Health cybersecurity restrictions, we are unable to provide access to the NHG-REDCap system for Non-NHG personnel.

If you are from another Singapore Public Healthcare Cluster (PHI) or Institution (ie: NUHS or Singhealth), we recommend that you check with your Clinical Research Unit/Office to see how you can get access to your Cluster/Institution's REDCap system to support your research activity.
