Use the latest Version 6.3 (dated 29 July 2026) of the NHG-REDCap New Project Request Form, as submissions using older versions will be rejected.
What this is about
The NHG-REDCap New Project Request Form has been updated to Version 6.1 (dated 5 Jan 2026).
Submissions made with previous versions of the Request Form will be rejected.
What has been updated
Document links to reference research policies and Institution DPO Email addresses have been updated.
